ClimateWest 2025 Forum, June 17-18
Registration is now open! ClimateWest is excited to announce that the annual ClimateWest Forum registration is now open! Join us in person or virtually on June 17-18, 2025, to explore this year’s theme, Climate Resilient Futures: Empowering people through knowledge, tools, and stories.
ClimateWest and the organizing committee have been busy building an agenda jam-packed with prairie-specific climate experts. Sessions will delve into inspiring stories that motivate adaptation actions and knowledge and tools that promote preparedness. Confirmed sessions and participating organizations include:
- Impacts of Climate Change on People and the Land: speakers to be announced
- Natural Infrastructure: Ducks Unlimited, Meewasin Valley Authority, City of Saskatoon, and International Institute for Sustainable Development
- Adaptation in Northern, Indigenous, and Rural Communities: Bridge to Land Water Sky
- Water, Flooding, and Drought: Saskatchewan Association of Watersheds, North Saskatchewan Watershed Alliance, City of Saskatoon and Buffalo Pound Water Treatment Corporation
