The Meewasin State of the Valley report has been produced on a five-year cycle since its inception in 1998. This report assesses progress and trends in Meewasin’s efforts in its mandate to Conserve, Develop, and Educate. This presentation will showcase results from the most recent State of the Valley report, including land cover changes, conservation land management practices, Meewasin trail usage, the Friends of the Valley volunteer program, the launch of tourism programming, and creative educational programming in the face of the COVID-19 pandemic.
